Minor Hurling
The minor hurlers had a hard earned 4-17 to 1-21 win over Kilruane MacDonaghs last Thursday evening in Puckane. Billy Seymour, Eoghan Sharkey, Bryan McLoughney and Darragh Kinsella were the goal scorers. Full team and scorers are available on the club website. They will take on Toomevara in the next round this coming Thursday at 7 pm in Toomevara.
Intermediate
The Intermediate hurlers are due to take on Moneygall on the August Bank Holiday weekend in the North Semi Final.
U6/8/10
U6 and U8 hurling continues every Wednesday evening from 6.30-7.30pm. U10s training is on Wednesdays at 7.00pm.
U12
Our U12s will travel to Semple Stadium on Friday where they will participate in an inter county hurling blitz. All players to be in Thurles for 11.30.
U14
The U14s recorded a fine win over a strong Silvermines side in Puckane last Wednesday. The lads put in a dogged performance and came out deserved winners on a scoreline of 4-9 to 3-7. They will play Roscrea in Roscrea this Wednesday evening at 7.00pm.
U16
The U16s game on Monday against Kilruane was postponed. Their next game will be against Ballinahinch/Templederry next Monday in Puckane at 7.15pm.
Summer Camp
Kiladangan GAA summer camp for boys and girls aged 5-13. Camp will run from Monday 31st July to Thurs 3rd august from 10am-2pm daily. Registration on first morning from 9.30am. Any queries please contact 0872429545.
Juvenile Membership
The 2017 season is well underway at this stage and we would ask that anyone who has not yet done so, to register their child/children. The registration fee can be paid to any Juvenile Club Officer.
Golf Classic
Many thanks to the large number of teams who took part in the clubs annual golf classic last Friday in Nenagh Golf Club. The winning team with a score of 55.9 was Tom Quinlisk, PJ McGuinness, Martin Fogarty and David Byrnes . Thanks to all who played and to those that sponsored tee boxes and to Slattery's Garage Puckane for providing the car for the hole in one. Thanks to the camogie club for sponsoring nearest the pin and to Tom Doheney and Nenagh Golf Club. Finally, credit must go to both Eamon Kelly and Seamus Hogan for spearheading the planning of the event.
